Our blend of rice and organic lavender buds, heavy with fragrance, provide the ideal properties for a fragrant and therapeutic Lavender Heart Pillow.

Heat in a microwave or cool in a freezer according to your treatment preference to provide comforting aromatherapy to soothe aching muscles, cramps and overall tension.

Heat in a microwave in 30 second increments for approx. 1-2 minutes. If cold relief is preferred, seal the pillow in a ziplock bag and chill in a freezer.

Do not overheat as this may damage or burn materials. Clean with damp cloth if necessary. Avoid submerging in water.
