Organic Lavender White Tea

White Peony Tea is a delicately flavored herbal varietal named for the color of its leaves which have a grey white color and are covered with a velvet peach fuzz down. Naturally sun-dried and withered, it is increasingly being recognized for its antioxidant properties.

Our loose-leaf Organic Lavender White Tea has a subtle flavor with slightly sweet notes that is deliciously enhanced with a dollop of Lavender Honey.

Brewing suggestions: For hot tea, steep 1 teaspoon tea per cup for 3-6 mins according to taste. Remove tea and add milk, sugar or lemon to taste.

For iced tea, steep 6 teaspoons in 1 1/2 cups in boiling water for 5 mins. Remove tea, add 2 1/2 cups cold water, pour over ice and sweeten to taste.
